Lets first start with making sure you have the correct setup with power and compressor. It is important to note that the current that this machine draws means that you will need to plug it into a 15 amp plug.

Once you have plugged in your plasma cutter and connected the air compressor you are ready to go . (Don’t forget your safety equipment).
Now if something goes wrong the best advice for almost everything is to switch it off and on again. If this doesn’t work here are a couple of suggestions of trouble we’ve seen .
Consumable items such as tips need to be changed regularly as they wear out. Sometimes after market tips aren’t compatible with the Lotos and so it is worth checking with your original tips to make sure this isn’t the cause of the machine not working .
Another reason for the machine not turning on is that the electrode in the handle
torch isn’t connected correctly. After unplugging from the power source, Open the hand torch and check that the electrode is connected and if the spring. A replacement torch might be in order
Occasionally the issue is more serious such as a faulty circuit board in which case you should connect the manufacturer.
